HONEYSOUL PILATES TERMS & CONDITIONS

By purchasing any membership, loyalty plan, class pack, drop-in class, workshop, event, or service through HoneySoul Pilates, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

MEMBERSHIPS & SUBSCRIPTIONS

Unlimited VIP Honey memberships are billed monthly and automatically renew unless canceled prior to the next billing date. Membership payments are non refundable and non transferable.

Loyalty memberships are discounted unlimited memberships offered in exchange for a full commitment to the selected term.

Available Loyalty Membership Terms:

Loyalty 3 Month: $159/month
• Loyalty 6 Month: $149/month
• Loyalty 12 Month: $139/month

Loyalty memberships are billed monthly and require completion of the full selected term. At the conclusion of the commitment period, members will have the option to renew.

Early cancellation of a Loyalty Membership will result in an Early Termination Fee equal to the difference between the Loyalty Membership rate and the Unlimited VIP Honey rate ($174/month) multiplied by the number of months completed at the discounted rate.

Example:
A member enrolled in the 12 Month Loyalty Membership at $139/month who cancels after 2 months will owe:

($174 − $139) × 2 = $70

This fee will be charged immediately upon cancellation.

All membership payments, loyalty plans, and subscription fees are non refundable.

CLASS PACKS

Class packs are non refundable, non transferable, and may not be shared.

Honey Dip Drop In
Single class credit valid for one scheduled class.

Honey Packet 4 Pack
4 class credits valid for 21 days from purchase date.

Honey Packet 6 Pack
6 class credits valid for 30 days from purchase date.

Honey Packet 10 Pack
10 class credits valid for 45 days from purchase date.

Unused class credits expire automatically at the end of the stated usage period and cannot be extended, refunded, transferred, or credited toward future purchases.

A processing fee is included in all class pack pricing.

BOOKING, CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule a booked class.

Late cancellations, no shows, and missed reservations will result in the forfeiture of the applicable class credit.

Members with unlimited memberships who repeatedly late cancel or no show may have booking privileges restricted at the discretion of HoneySoul Pilates.

WAITLISTS

If a class is full, clients may join the waitlist.

When a spot becomes available, clients are responsible for managing their own reservations and cancellations. Standard cancellation policies apply to all waitlist bookings.

WORKSHOPS, SPECIAL EVENTS & SERIES

Workshops, special events, pop ups, challenges, and limited enrollment series may have separate pricing, policies, and participation requirements.

Unless otherwise stated, all workshop, event, and series purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.

STUDIO POLICIES

All purchases are tied to the purchasing client's account and may not be shared, transferred, sold, or assigned to another individual.

HoneySoul Pilates reserves the right to modify class schedules, instructors, class formats, operating hours, pricing, policies, or services at any time.

HoneySoul Pilates reserves the right to refuse service or terminate memberships without refund for violations of studio policies, disruptive behavior, harassment, unsafe conduct, misuse of memberships, or fraudulent activity.

In the event of severe weather, emergencies, facility issues, instructor illness, or circumstances beyond our control, classes may be canceled, rescheduled, substituted, or modified without liability.

LIABILITY WAIVER

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the HoneySoul Pilates Liability Waiver and confirm that you have reviewed the Policies — HoneySoul Pilates

All participants are responsible for exercising within their own abilities and informing instructors of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, or physical limitations prior to participation.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By purchasing any HoneySoul Pilates service, membership, class pack, event, or program, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
