HoneySoul Pilates is a welcoming space for everybody and every experience level. Whether you're brand new to Pilates or have years of movement experience, our classes are designed to help you build strength, improve mobility, and move with confidence.

What should I wear?
Wear comfortable athletic clothing that allows you to move freely. Grip socks are recommended for safety and stability.Do I need Pilates experience?
Not at all. Most classes are beginner friendly and modifications are always offered.What should I bring?
Bring water, a positive attitude, and yourself. All equipment is provided unless otherwise noted for a special event.How early should I arrive?
Please arrive 10 minutes before class to check in, get settled, and ask any questions before class begins.Can I attend if I have injuries or limitations?
Please notify your instructor before class begins. We are happy to provide modifications whenever possible. -
Advance registration is strongly encouraged as class sizes are limited.
Clients may reserve classes through the online booking system. A reservation is required to guarantee your spot.

Classes may be canceled up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time without penalty.
Late cancellations made within 12 hours of class will result in the loss of the class credit.
Unlimited members may be charged a $10 late cancellation fee.

If you reserve a class and do not attend without canceling, the class credit will be forfeited.
Unlimited members may be charged a $15 no show fee.
These policies help ensure fair access to classes for all members.

When a class reaches capacity, clients may join the waitlist.
If you no longer wish to attend, please remove yourself from the waitlist before the cancellation window closes.

To minimize disruptions and ensure participant safety, clients arriving more than 5 minutes after class begins may not be permitted to join class.

All memberships and class packages are non refundable and non transferable.
Memberships automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
Class packages expire according to the terms listed at purchase.

Memberships, class packages, workshops, events, and retail purchases are non-refundable unless required by law.

HoneySoul Pilates reserves the right to cancel classes due to weather, instructor illness, emergencies, or low enrollment.
Clients will be notified as soon as possible and any class credits will be returned to their account.

Sculpt Series registrations are non refundable and non transferable.
Missed classes cannot be carried forward to future series.
Series participants are encouraged to attend consistently for the best results.

Pop up events may have unique pricing, cancellation policies, and participation requirements.
Unless otherwise stated, event registrations are non refundable and non transferable.

Child watch is available during select class times only.
Parents must remain on site while children are in childcare.
Children who are ill should remain home.
HoneySoul reserves the right to discontinue child watch services for repeated behavioral concerns that impact the safety or experience of other children.
Child Watch is intended to provide a safe and enjoyable environment while parents participate in class. It is not a licensed childcare service

By participating in classes, workshops, events, or other activities offered by HoneySoul Pilates, clients acknowledge that physical exercise carries inherent risks.
Clients are responsible for exercising within their own limits and should consult a healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program if they have concerns regarding their health.
Participants agree to inform their instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, recent surgeries, or physical limitations that may affect participation.
By attending class, clients voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and release HoneySoul Pilates, its owners, instructors, employees, and contractors from liability for injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation, except where prohibited by law.

Clients who are pregnant, postpartum, recovering from surgery, or managing a medical condition should obtain appropriate medical clearance before participating in class.
Modifications may be offered, but clients remain responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for their individual circumstances.
