FAQ + Policies
HoneySoul Pilates offers mat-based Pilates classes hosted in thoughtfully selected local businesses, event spaces, and outdoor venues. Each pop-up is designed to create a personalized, elevated experience in a welcoming environment.
Class sizes are intentionally limited, and all bookings, policies, and expectations are in place to ensure consistency, fairness, and respect for both our clients and host venues.
Participation in any HoneySoul Pilates class requires agreement to our Liability Waiver.
Booking + Payment
All classes and events must be booked in advance through our online scheduling system.
Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your spot. Due to limited capacity, spots cannot be held without payment.
All bookings are first come, first served.
Waitlist Policy
Our waitlist is designed to provide priority access to upcoming events and to notify clients when spots become available.
Clients who join a waitlist for a specific event may be notified if a spot opens. These notifications are sent only to individuals on that event’s waitlist. Booking is optional. If you do not book an available spot for your selected event, you will be removed from the waitlist once that event has passed. New events require a new waitlist sign-up.
Waitlist access links are private and intended only for the recipient. These links may not be shared. Any bookings made by individuals who were not on the waitlist or who were not directly provided access may be canceled. Those individuals will only be eligible to book once the event is publicly released.
Cancellation + Transfers + No Shows & Late Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled event time.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event, as well as no shows, will result in forfeiture of the full booking amount.
Due to the limited nature of pop-up events and advance coordination with host venues, all bookings are otherwise non-refundable.
In the event a refund is issued at the discretion of HoneySoul Pilates, processing fees may be deducted from the total refund amount.
Clients may transfer their booking to another individual by contacting HoneySoul Pilates prior to the event.
Because class sizes are limited, no shows and late cancellations take away the opportunity for another client to book a spot. If you can no longer attend class, please cancel as early as possible through your booking account or contact HoneySoul Pilates directly.
Clients who repeatedly no show or late cancel may have future booking privileges limited or revoked at HoneySoul Pilates’ discretion.
We understand life happens and emergencies come up, but communication is always appreciated!
Series Programs Policy
Our series programs are structured to help you build strength, consistency, and results over time. Each class builds on the last, so commitment is key.
All series program purchases are non refundable. If you need to cancel, you may do so within 24 hours of booking for a full refund, as long as the series has not yet begun.
After this period, all sales are final and your spot is reserved exclusively for you.
If you choose a payment plan, you are committing to the full series and all scheduled payments.
We recommend choosing a series that fits your schedule so you can get the most out of your experience.
If something unexpected comes up, reach out to us. We’ll always do our best to support you where we can.
Before You Arrive
Clients should review event details carefully and plan to arrive prepared for the specific location and environment.
For most pop-up events, you will need to bring your own mat unless otherwise stated.
We recommend bringing water and a small towel. Any event-specific instructions will be provided in advance.
For outdoor events, clients should be prepared for weather conditions.
We recommend bringing comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing, sunscreen if needed, and a towel or blanket for under your mat if the ground is uneven.
In the event of inclement weather, you will be notified of any changes, rescheduling, or credits.
Arrival + Class Experience
Clients are expected to arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time to allow for check-in and setup.
Classes begin promptly at the scheduled time. Late entry may not be permitted in order to maintain the flow and experience of the class.
All classes are mat-based and designed to be accessible to a range of experience levels. Clients are encouraged to move at their own pace and within their personal limits.
By attending, clients agree to participate responsibly and to follow all instruction provided during class.
Health + Safety
Participation in Pilates and physical activity involves inherent risk. By booking and attending, clients acknowledge and accept full responsibility for their participation.
Clients should consult a medical professional prior to attending if they have any injuries, medical conditions, or concerns.
Booking confirms that the client is physically able to participate in a mat Pilates class.
Photography + Media
Photography and video may be captured during classes for marketing and promotional use.
By attending, clients grant permission for HoneySoul Pilates to use images or video that may include them, unless a request is made in advance.
Community Standards + Host Venues
HoneySoul Pilates is committed to creating a welcoming and respectful environment.
All clients are expected to treat the instructor, fellow participants, and host venues with respect.
Failure to follow these standards may result in removal from the event or refusal of future service.
HoneySoul Pilates partners with local businesses and community spaces to host pop-up events. Each venue operates independently.
Any food, beverage, or retail offerings are managed solely by the host venue.
Clients are expected to respect the space, staff, and guidelines of each location.
